  This place is newly opened so I won't be too hard on new staff.
  
  Here is my experience.  Arrive at the end of the dinner rush and was told there was about 30 to 40 minute wait for a table and the line was out the door.   We really wanted to try the new place so we waited and our party of 5 was seated in approximately 20 minutes, which wasn't bad at all.
  
  Once seated our drink order was quickly taken, and considering how busy the place was and how new the staff, our refills were handled quickly enough.
  
  There was a bit of a wait for our food,  however this place was extremely busy and even seasoned staff would have issue keeping on top of all the large groups.  Groups of 5 was the norm, there were multiple groups of 8-10 and at least one group of 17.
  
  The staff was very friendly, albeit a little timid, but that will improve with experience so that didn't bother us as we expected it.
  
  Our on negatives about this visit are:
  - One persons pizza came with the wrong toppings.
  - The NY Steak entree came without potato because they ran out but forgot to tell us that before the plate was served.
  - The steak was cooked perfectly but served almost cold.  Clearly a timing issue in the kitchen.
  - There was chicken added to the caesar when it was asked for no chicken.
  - There was no adjustment to the bill to account for the missing potato and inconveniences.
  
  The positives were that the staff was friendly,  seating was quick considering the rush and they corrected the plates as best they could (except for price adjustments)
  
  The verdict is that we will go back in a little while to see how things have improved once the fresh staff gets some experience under their belts.

  Asked for fries with my meal, got half cooked vegetables instead. They did bring me fries like I had ordered. Soft drink was flat, meat was so-so. Waitress was great but the food wasn't. I filed a complaint with Boston Pizza (hq) and the BP store called me saying they were told I wanted to speak to the owner. Will never go there again.

  BOSTON PIZZA has terrible food it tasted microwaved our drinks took twenty minutes to get to our table and our food took forty-five minutes to get to us the waitress was very rude to my family we kept asking her to get her manager but she refused to, finally we had to ask another waitress to get the manager,when he got to our table he did nothing, he took fifteen dollars off the bill,even thought the original bill was one hundred fifty dollars the only good thing was the TVs
